泡沫整理发泡原液的组成及性能研究

【摘要】 发泡原液的组成及其性能是泡沫整理技术的重要组成部分.对泡沫整理发泡原液的组成及性能进行了系统研究,分析了发泡剂和泡沫稳定剂及其质量浓度、阴离子/非离子型表面活性剂的复配、环境温度、无机盐等因素对体系起泡性能和泡沫稳定性的影响.结果表明:(1)当发泡剂NaLS质量浓度为3g/L,稳泡剂PVA质量浓度为1.0g/L(或HEC质量浓度为0.3g/L)时,体系可获得最佳起泡性能和泡沫稳定性;(2)发泡剂NaLS和JU复配具有良好的协同作用,控制合适的复配比例[如m(NaLS)∶m(JU)=1∶1时],可显著提高体系的起泡性能;(3)低温条件有利于泡沫稳定,温度越高,泡沫稳定性越差.

【Abstract】 The components and property of foaming liquid is the key part of foam finishing, which were systematically studied. Primary factors influencing foaming performance and stability of the system were analyzed, including the types and concentration of foaming agents and stabilizer, the complex of anionic/nonionic surfactant, ambient temperature, inorganic salt and so on. The results indicated that: (1) the best foaming perfor- mance and stability could be obtained when the concentration of NaLS was 3 g/L and PVA was 1.0 g/L; (2) foam- ing agent NaLS and JU have good synergetic effect, which could distinctly improve the foaming performance if the complex ratio was controlled well like m(NaLS)∶m(JU)=1∶1; (3) low temperature was favorable for the foam stability, the higher the temperature was, the poorer the foam stability was.
