【摘要】 目的比较准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)与激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)治疗近视对角膜中央知觉的影响。方法观察2008年1月至2009年1月行LASIK与LASEK的患者共566例(1132眼),其中LASIK者1032眼,LASEK者100眼,分别于术前1周,术后1周,1、3、6、12个月检测角膜中央知觉。结果两种手术后角膜知觉均下降,LASIK组术后1周检查均无知觉,6～12个月角膜中央知觉恢复到术前水平;LASEK组术后1周20眼角膜知觉为50～100mm,3个月均恢复到术前水平。结论LASEK术后角膜知觉恢复较LASIK术后快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the impact of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) and laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) for myopias on the recovery of central corneal perceptivity.Methods One thousand one hundred and thirty-two eyes from 566 patients with myopia were treated with LASIK(1 032 eyes) or LASEK(100 eyes) from January 2008 to January 2009.The central corneal perceptivity was measured before and 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after the operation respectively.Results The central corneal perceptivity of both groups all decreased after the operation.It was not detected 1 week after LASIK and returned to the preoperative level during 6 to 12 months postoperation.In contrast,20 eyes regained percepticity by 50 to 100 mm 1 week after LASEK and it returned to the preoperative levels in all eyes 3 months later.Conclusions The restoration of corneal percptivity after LASEK was faster than LASIK.更多还原
