皮江法炼镁过程生命周期评价
Life Cycle Assessment of Pidgeon Magnesium Production Process
【摘要】 应用生命周期评价方法研究皮江法炼镁过程能量消耗和环境负荷,定量的分析整个生产工艺中资源、能源投入、环境排放及环境影响。结果表明,皮江法炼镁能耗大,为1.48×105MJ/t,温室效应对环境负荷影响最大,占总环境负荷额的49.65%。
【Abstract】 The energy cost and environmental loading of magnesium production with Pidgeon process are investigated by life cycle assessment method,and the whole magnesium production process resources and energy consumption,environmental emissions as well as environmental impact are analyzed.As a consequence,the consumption of the abundance energy with Pidgeon magnesium production process is 1.48×105 MJ/t-Mg ingot and greenhouse effect is the biggest one to environment loading,accounts for the total amount 49.65%.
