不同阻碍角下大宽厚比铜扁线连续挤压过程数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Big Flakiness Ratio Copper Flat Wire Continuous Extrusion Forming for Different Hindrance Angles
【摘要】 基于DEFORM3D软件,采用刚粘塑性有限元理论,运用三维有限元技术详细研究不同阻碍角对铜扁线连续挤压成形过程的影响。得出了不同阻碍角对出模口处的流速均方差、模具载荷、金属等效应场和静水压力应力场的影响规律,从而为工艺参数的优化提供有效的理论指导。
【Abstract】 The effects of the hindrance angles on continuous extrusion forming of the big flakiness copper flat wire are investigated by three-dimensional finite-element technology based on software DEFORM-3D. The rigid-viscoplastic constitutive equation is employed in the model. The rules of the continuous extrusion process influenced by standard deviation of the velocity field,die load,effective strain and mean stress of the deformation body under different hindrance angles are described. The results will give effective guidelines to optimize the process parameters.
