共沉淀法制备掺锑氧化锡粉体及其性能

【摘要】 以SnCl4.5H2O和SbCl3为原料,采用共沉淀法制备出掺锑氧化锡纳米粉体,用X射线衍射、透射电镜、热重-差示扫描量热分析(TG-DSC)对粉体进行表征。结果表明,粉体晶粒中没有明显的择优取向,其(110),(101)和(211)面峰较强。Sb的掺入没有产生新的相,Sb取代氧化锡晶格中的Sn,保持了良好的四方相SnO2特征。粉体粒子呈单分散状态且为球形或类球型,粒径在10~15nm的范围内。可见光区的透光率超过90%。ATO纳米粉体在液体中分散很好,可稳定存放10月以上。

【Abstract】 The antimony-doped tin dioxide nanometer powders are prepared by co-precipitation technique with SnCl4·5H2O and SbCl3 as reactants. Some properties of these powders are characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC). There is no obviously preferred orientation plane in these grains. The intensities of the (110),(101) and (211) reflections are strong. The newborn phase is not produced by substitution Sb for Sn and into the lattice. The crystalline is in good tetragonal SnO2. The powders of ATO are in monodispered state and all the particles are orbicular or spheroidal and all powders size are in the range 10~15nm. Film prepared by these powders has transmission over 90% in the visible region. Antimony-doped tin dioxide nanometer powders can disperse well in water. They can keep stability in dispersion state for more than 10 months.
