金属超声雾化技术的研究进展
Developments of Ultrasonic Atomization Technology for Metal Powder Production
【摘要】 综述国内外几种比较具有应用前景的超声雾化技术的原理、性能、应用及其优缺点。金属超声雾化技术是一种能量利用率高、惰性气体消耗量小而所制备粉末的球形度好、粒度可控、粒度范围窄的金属粉末制备技术,将在金属粉末制备中具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The several well perspective ultrasonic atomization technologies for metal powder production are reviewed in principle,performance,application,advantages and disadvantages.Ultrasonic atomization has its very special claim with respect to low energy input,zero gas consumption,and to powder characteristics like spherical particle shape,narrow particle-size distribution and ultra-fine particle mean diameters,and it has a promising prospect for application in metal powder producing.
