纳米氧化铜前驱体的合成新工艺
New Technology of Precursor Synthesis of Nanocrystalline Copper Oxide
【摘要】 以无机铜盐、乙酰丙酮(Hacac)为原料,固体碱为反应促进剂,室温下固相研磨合成纳米氧化铜的前驱体-乙酰丙酮铜。考察碱的种类、物料比、研磨时间对产率的影响。目标产物用红外、热重进行表征,结果与标准谱图一致。最佳工艺条件为Cu2+∶Hacac=10mmol∶30mmol,固体碱适量,室温研磨15min,产率高达99.1%。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline copper oxide precursor copper acetylacetonate is prepared by grinding inorganic copper salts and acetylacetone at ambient temperature in the absence of solvent with solid bases as promoting reagent.The solid base,ratio of reactants and grinding time are investigated.The product is confirmed by FTIR and TG analyses.The optimum reaction condition is Cu2+: Hacac=10mmol:30mmol,solid bases as required,grinding for 15min at ambient temperature,the yield is high up to 99.1%.
