【摘要】 目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测在儿科感染性疾病中的早期诊断及疗效判断的价值。方法对207例住院的感染性疾病患儿的CRP及白细胞常规值进行测定,3d后再次测定。结果各项指标均有不同程度异常,细菌感染组与病毒、支原体组相比较CRP增高程度最为显著(P<0.001)。结论CRP检测可用于儿科感染性疾病的早期辅助性判断,动态检测其变化对疗效判断有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of detection of C-reactive protein(CRP) in early diagnostic and ther-apeutic effects of the pediatric infectious diseases. Methods To determine C-reactive protein and WBC routine in 207 children patients of infectious diseases. Results CRP level was much higher in bacterial-infected children and virus-infected children than mycoplasma-infected children(P<0.001).Conclusion Detection of CRP is a rapid,easy,and sensitive assay. It may be used in the pediatric infectious disease’s early diagnosis and judgment. Changes of CRP level have certain value to the curative effect judgment.更多还原
