熔盐氯化渣中氯化物的处理研究
Research on Treatment of the Chloride in the Slag from Molten Salt Chlorination Process
【摘要】 熔盐氯化法是生产TiC l4的两大方法之一,但生产中会产生大量熔盐氯化渣。熔盐氯化渣成分复杂,对环境有较大危害,不能简单堆放。对熔盐氯化渣水溶处理,可将其中的氯化绝大部分溶解。通过试验,找到合理的氯化物溶解液除杂方案,先保证其中金属离子含量达到环保要求,再结合氯碱项目实现氯离子的回收,并使可溶金属氯化物得到固化处理,降低了环境污染。
【Abstract】 Molten salt chlorination is one of the two methods of TiCl4 preparation,but will produce much molten salt chloride slag in production.The components of the slag are very complex,which was harmful to environment,cannot be simply disposed.The most of chloride in the slag can be dissolved by water washing treatment.Through experiments,we found a proper way to treat the chloride solution,firstly making the metal ion content in the solution meet the requirements of environmental protection,then combining with chlor-alkali project to recover chlorion;so the soluble metal chloride can be treated effectively and the environmental pollution will be decreased.
