分光光度法测定生物柴油转化率
Determination of Biodiesel Conversion Rate by Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 通过测定生物柴油制备过程中产生的甘油与Cu(OH)2悬浊液反应生成绛蓝色溶液的吸光度,计算生物柴油的转化率。结果表明,当甘油浓度在3%~9%时,其与吸光度的线性关系良好(r=0.9984),平均回收率在101.1%;与气质联谱比较,相同生物柴油样品转化率的测定值差值小于0.1%。
【Abstract】 The conversion of biodiesel was calculated by the measurement of absorbance of glycerone produced in the reaction of glycerin with cupric hydroxide.The linear correlation was obtained in the concentration of glycerin from 3% to 9%(r= 0.9984),and the average recovery was 101.1%.The difference between conversion from GS-MS and that by calculation was less than 0.1%.
