【摘要】 面对日益蔓延的网络赌博,我国的执法和司法机关也面临前所未有的困惑和难点问题。文章分析当前存在的网络赌博立法滞后和犯罪形式日新月异的矛盾,侦查中的难点及困惑,犯罪行为的严重危害性与司法量刑偏低的矛盾,提出完善立法,强化侦查措施,完善证据规格,明确管辖,加重刑罚,加强网络安全检查,积极预防等解决对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the growing spread of Internet gambling,law enforcement and judicial authorities of our country meets unprecedented confusion and difficult problems.This paper,by analyzing the contradiction between the existing network gambling legislation lags and the ever-changing forms of crime,the difficulties and confusion in detection,the contradiction between the serious harm of crime and low judicial sentencing,puts forward some countermeasures such as the improvement of legislation,the strengthenng of detection measures,the improving of evidence specifications,the clearing of jurisdiction,the heavy penalty,the strengthening of network security checks and positive prevention.更多还原
