【Abstract】 The leaf anatomical structure and the leaf epidermal features of 10 populations of Bergenia purpurascens in Yunnan were observed under light microscope.The results showed that there were many differences among populations in the layer number and thickness of palisade tissue,the thickness of sponge tissue,the thickness of leaf blade and the stomata density while the shape of leaf epidermal cells and stomata types were stable.更多还原
