【Abstract】 Land exploiting and reorganizing is a new construction projects.Currently,no feasible method could be followed for investment control in the construction projects.It was difficult for government administers to make final decisions on project investment because too many factors should be taken into consideration.Basic mode and gauged investment were established in this research.Investment standard of the project construction was set to assess project investment in whole Yunnan province.The scientific foundation was provided for controlling investment on the land exploiting and reorganizing.更多还原
