【摘要】 以海南文昌鸡为研究素材,运用PCR-SSCP和DNA测序技术检测了ESR基因多态,运用SPSS软件分析ESR基因多态对产蛋性状的关系。结果表明:①ESR基因出现了两个多态位点,并发现了在第580位AA-TA 4个碱基缺失,②ESR基因多态与产蛋性状中的300日龄产蛋数相关显著(P<0.05),与平均连产天数(ADCE)相关极显著(P<0.01),与400日龄产蛋数、双黄蛋数相关不显著(P>0.05)。ESR基因对文昌鸡产蛋性状有作用,但是仅仅关联性分析的结果是不能肯定ESR基因是影响鸡产蛋性状的主效基因或与主效基因紧密连锁的标记基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing techniques were applied to detect the polymorphisms of ESR gene in Wenchang chicken.The association between the polymorphism of ESR gene and egg performance was analyzed by the SPSS software.The results showed that: ①2 polymorphic sites were found and only the deletion of "AATA" at 580 bp were found.②The significant relationship between polymorphism of ESR and the traits of egg production(300 d)(P<0.05),average days of continual egg-laying(ADCE)(P<0.01).No significant correlation between polymorphism of ESR and egg production(400 d),double-yolked egg(DYE) was found(P>0.05).Although ESR gene has genetic effect on egg performance,association studies can not determine whether the ESR gene allele marker is the main effective gene or it is due to a closely linked main effected gene.更多还原
