【摘要】 在综合分析开平市土地利用现状、生态环境现状、资源环境约束、主要环境问题及其原因的基础上,遵循生态优先,以人为本的原则,按照优先布设国土生态屏障用地,维持自然地貌的连续性,顺应自然地形地貌的形态,维系河道、湖泊及滨水地带的自然形态,保留水系、蓄水、泄洪等通道,保护湿地系统,尽量恢复原有的水生生态系统的总体布局要求,围绕保障土地资源可持续利用的目标,提出有利于环境保护和生态建设的生态用地规划方案和环境保护措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 status quo of land use and ecology environment and resource restriction and principle environment problem are synthetically analyzed following the principle of ecology priority and people priority.The overall arrangement is preferential layout land barrier,maintaining the continuity of natural landforms,acclimating the configuration of natural topography,keeping the natural formation of river course,lake and waterside,retaining the passageway of water system,water store and flood discharge,protecting everglade system,and recovering original aquatic ecology.The plan of ecological land use and the measure of environmental protecting are suggested around the aim of safeguarding land resource sustainable use.更多还原
