外源DNA浓度对玉米开苞导入后代性状变异的影响
The Influence of Exogenous DNA Concentration on Offspring Variation of Transferring Maize
【摘要】 外源DNA浓度是影响玉米开苞导入技术转化效率的主要因素之一。采用玉米开苞导入技术将玉米自交系13A的总DNA以不同浓度分别导入受体玉米自交系沈109和系599中,得到了广泛的变异。结果表明,供体DNA的浓度对导入后代的结实率和转化率都有影响,供体DNA的浓度在500~800μg/mL为宜。
【Abstract】 Exogenous DNA concentration is one of main factors which influenced frequencies of variation of opening-bract transformation of maize.In this study,total DNA extracted from inbred lines(13A) was introduced into Shen109,Xi599 and gained broad variation.The results showed that exogenous DNA concentration effect on the har-vested seed number and transformation of progenies.It should be 500-800 μg/mL.
