【摘要】 探讨特殊解毒药应用中的剂量问题,了解其药动学研究概况。收集近30年有关的代表性文献,对特殊解毒药的临床应用、与剂量有关的不良反应、药动学以及常用的检测方法进行了归纳和分析。特殊解毒药在临床上救治中毒疗效显著,但由于剂量不足或过量所引起的不良反应和二次伤害也较为突出。特殊解毒药在临床应用中剂量问题仍是解毒成功的关键,对其体内正常参考值的了解和对其药动学的研究及深入探讨,是临床上准确掌握特殊解毒药应用剂量的一个必要前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the problems about dosage and pharmacokinetics of special antidotes in applications.Collected and analyzed the references about clinical applications,dosage correlative adverse reactions,pharmacokinetics and assaying methods of special antidotes in the last 30 years.Though special antidotes have significant effects in the clinical treatment of poisoning,theirs secondary damages and adverse reactions caused by inadequacy dose or overdose are also more prominent.The problems about the dosage of special antidotes in the clinical application are still the key to successful deintoxication.To handle the dosage accurately in clinical use,and to study their pharmacokinetics is necessary.更多还原
