【摘要】 目的:构建简化的放射治疗数据管理方案,以达到保证临床数据安全、提高数据管理效率、节约开支三个目标。材料与方法:采用HP-MSA2000磁盘阵列管理设备结合高性价比的750GB SATA硬盘以构成整个放射治疗科的数据存储服务器,然后采用下述以DOS批处理实现的策略来保证数据安全以及高效率的数据管理:(1)用每年全备份+每月增量备份+每工作日增量备份的策略将所有临床在用数据备份到数据存储服务器;(2)自动搜索临床暂时不用的数据并将其打包、上传到数据存储服务器,确认上传成功后删除本地数据以释放硬盘空间;(3)数据存储服务器上安装FTP服务器软件接收上传数据。按各个存储卷上的可用硬盘空间信息来分配接收到的数据以实现自动空间管理。结果:自动数据备份保证了所有临床数据安全,自动的数据打包、归档有效提高了数据管理效率,高性价比的磁盘阵列极大了节约了开支。结论:我们所构建的系统可以实现放射治疗中保证临床数据安全、提高数据管理效率、节约开支的综合效果,该方案可以作为相关行业工作人员的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To construct a radiotherapy data management system which is capable of ensuring the safety of the clinical data,increasing the data management efficiency and reducing the cost.Materials and.Methods:A disk storage array(HP MSA2000) equipped with cost effective 750GB SATA disks serves as the data storage device for the radiotherapy department.And the following strategies programmed in DOS batch are used:1) All clinical data in use is backup using strategy of yearly full backup + monthly delta backup + workday delta backup.2)Data out of use is identified,archived and uploaded to the storage array automatically.Data is deleted after successful uploading confirmed;3)FTP-Server is installed in the storage array management computer,which receives and stores archives to appropriate directories.Archives stored are re-arranged automatically according to the free space of each volume of the storage array.Results:Data safety is ensured by automatic backup.Efficiency is improved by automatic data archiving.Cost is saved by inexpensive disk storage array.Conclusions:The system constructed achieves the objectives expected.更多还原
