【Abstract】 With the deepening of curriculum reform, the professional development of teachers, which depends not only on oneself, but also on his workmates, has moved from emphasis on the growth of individuals to the stress on the development of the collective. Teacher’s community culture provides the best environment for teacher’s professional development.
