【摘要】 为了筛选出一些对酒精废液具有降解功能的降解菌.本研究以酒精废液为唯一碳源的驯化培养液进行驯化培养.采用稀释涂布的方法,在分离培养基平板上分离筛选以酒精废液为唯一碳源和能源的酒精废液降解菌株.结果筛选到5株酒精废液降解菌Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4、Q5,5株降解菌均能在不同程度上对酒精废液进行降解.更多还原

【Abstract】 To isolate degradation microorganism communities for the alcohol wastewater degradation,the alcohol wastewater was used as the only carbon for the domestication.Diluted method was used to isolate the dominating functional microorganism communities for degradation of alcohol wastewater.Five species Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5 of alcohol wastewater degradation bacteria were isolated.alcohol wastewater can be decomposed by five species of alcohol wastewater degradation bacteria in difference degree.更多还原
