便携式自动化嗜睡评价系统的研制
Portable Automatic System for Assessment of Daytime Sleepiness
【摘要】 目的为了客观简化评价睡眠疾病,如睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSA)及发作性睡病患者白天嗜睡的诊断,研制了"便携式自动化嗜睡评价系统"。方法采用无线发射及数据采集检测装置、无线接收信号处理装置及计算机分析处理等三部分组成仪器系统。结果通过实验测试,在醒觉维持试验中,便携式自动化嗜睡评价系统可代替复杂的睡眠多导图仪。
【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the present study is to develop a portable automatic system for objective evaluation of daytime sleepiness which is a common symptom of narcolepsy and obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome.Methods The system consists of wireless transmitter and data collection,wireless data processor and computer analysis.Results The portable automatic system could be used to replace traditional complicated polysomnography to assess daytime sleepiness.
