常压储罐底板腐蚀安全评估
Safety Assessment of Tank Bottom Plates Corrosion
【摘要】 常压储罐底板腐蚀具有随机性,腐蚀类型往往是均匀腐蚀加上点腐蚀。对含有随机性的点腐蚀缺陷的设备安全评估,目前的技术研究工作较少,还缺乏成熟有效的技术方法和手段。针对存在点腐蚀缺陷的常压储罐,提出了表征储罐底板腐蚀的特征参量和储罐底板腐蚀安全评估的综合评分法,采用储罐底板腐蚀漏磁检测结果,应用概率论数据统计方法处理检测数据,获得表征储罐底板腐蚀的特征参量值和储罐底板安全指数,从而给出储罐底板安全等级。
【Abstract】 The tank bottom plates are generally corroded with pits randomly.The studies on the safety assessment of the equipment with random pits are still few and there are not enough effective methods to deal with this kind of problems.To deal with the tank flour corrosion,the characteristic parameters like pit probability,equivalent corrosion hole area,maximum depth of pits,avarege depth of pits,maximum pitting corrosion rate,avarege pitting corrosion rate and a multi parameter score evaluation method for safety assessment of tank flour are provided.The characteristic parameters and the tank flour safety index parameter can be obtained by using probability theory and statistic mathematic method based on the magnetic flux leakage test,so that the security level of tank flour can be classified further.
