【Abstract】 The research is based on the undergraduate students of local five-year Bachelor’s degree programs. The purpose of the study is to cultivate and equip the talents in medicine with strong clinical competency and practical skills. Through analyzing the main factors that effect the student’s development and studying the agenda of the clinical education, this research aims to improve the existing program and explore innovative ways to enhance the clinical skills of medical students. The research combines pre-professional and post-professional experience, in-class and extracurricular activities, and the entire model for improving the clinical skills as exploration and practice.更多还原
