参脉注射液对阿霉素损伤心肌细胞的保护作用

【摘要】 目的探讨参麦注射液(SMI)对阿霉素(ADR)损伤的心肌细胞的保护作用及其机制。方法体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞,分为正常对照组、ADR损伤模型组和SMI保护组;检测各组心肌细胞培养液中肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、心肌细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、一氧化氮(NO)含量及线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的活力。结果SMI对ADR引起的心肌细胞损伤可减少CK活力、MDA、NO的生成和升高心肌细胞内SOD及线粒体SDH活力。结论SMI对ADR引起的心肌细胞损伤有一定的保护作用,其作用机制与抗脂质过氧化损伤和减少NO生成有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shenmai injection(SMI) on cultured myocardial cells injured by adriamycin(ADR).Methods Primary cultured myocardial cells of neonate rats were devided into normal control,model group treated with ADR and SMI group.The activity of creatine phosphokinase(CK),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in cell culture fluid,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of nitric oxide(NO) in myocardial cell and the activity of succinic dehydrogenase(SDH) in mitochondriaits were assayed.Results SMI could decrease the content of MDA and the activity of CK,inhibit the production of NO induced by ADR and improve SOD and SDH activity.Conclusion SMI has protective effect on cultured myocardial cells injured by ADR,which may be related to reducing lipid peroxidative damage and decreasing the production of NO induced by ADR.
