【摘要】 为了考察VVM变色程度与滴度的相关性,为疫苗的冷链运输提供参考数据。抽取保留样品,通过37℃的加速试验检测VVM的OD差值和样品病毒滴度。结果显示,在37℃孵箱中放置时间越长,VVM的OD差值明显下降,滴度有下降,但不明显。证明VVM标签能监控疫苗的温度变化,乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗稳定性较好,VVM的OD差值与疫苗滴度有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To find out the relativity of VVM OD value and virus titer for JEV,provide the data for the cold chain of vaccine transportation.Sampling retained samples,then incubated at 37℃,test the virus titer and VVM OD value.The result shows that the VVM OD value obviously decreased,titer also decreased but not obviously.VVM can monitor the change of vaccine temperature,JEV is very stable,the VVM OD value is relate with the virus titer.更多还原
