除草剂磺草酮对大鼠血清酪氨酸水平的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨磺草酮对大鼠血清酪氨酸水平的影响。方法大鼠每日分别ig给予磺草酮5,50和500μg·kg-1,连续28d染毒。采用高效液相法检测不同时间点大鼠血清中酪氨酸、磺草酮水平;血糖检测仪测定血糖水平。结果磺草酮50和500μg·kg-1组大鼠血清中酪氨酸和磺草酮水平较对照组显著升高,存在剂量-效应关系和时间-效应关系。各剂量组的血糖均在正常值范围。血清酪氨酸、磺草酮和血糖水平无性别间差异。结论血清酪氨酸水平可作为磺草酮引起机体反应的生物标志。低剂量磺草酮对糖代谢无显著影响。

【Abstract】 AIM To explore the effect of herbicide sulcotrione on serum tyrosine level in rats. METHODS Rats were given ig sulcotrione 5,50 and 500 μg·kg-1,once a day for 28 d. Tyrosine and sulcotrione concentrations in serum were detected by high performance liquid chromatagraphy and blood glucose concentrations by glucosemeter. RESULTS Compared with control group,tyrosine and sulcotrione concentrations in 50 and 500 μg·kg-1 groups increased dosage-and time-dependently. Blood glucose concentrations of all groups were normal through the experiment. There were no significant difference in blood tyrosine,sulcotrione and glucose levels between male and female rats. CONCLUSION Blood tyrosine level can be used as a biomarker of biological effect caused by sulcotrione. Sulcotrione in low dosage has no significant effect on glucose metabolism.
