钢板长度测量模糊控制器的构建

【摘要】 潍坊钢铁集团公司钢板横剪生产线,采用Profibus-DP网络总线控制技术,以PLC为控制核心,对钢板长度进行自动测量并自动剪切钢板,为了提高钢板剪切精度,在模糊控制的基础上,还增加了系统自学习和人工自学习功能。实际应用表明,该控制系统技术先进、可靠性高,钢板剪切精度在钢板长度为7~10 m时,误差仅为0~±4 mm,完全满足控制要求。

【Abstract】 In steel sheet cross-cut production line of Weifang Iron and steel Group Co.,Profibus-DP network control technology was adopted,and PLC was used as control core.Steel sheet was measured and cut automatically.To improve cutting accuracy of steel sheet,system self-learning function and artificial self-learning function were added on the basis of fuzzy control.Practical applications show that the control technology is advanced and reliable,and cutting precision error for 7~10 m length of steel sheet is only 0~±4 mm and the control system fully meets requirement of control.
