常化炉过程控制系统的研究与应用
Research and application of process control system for roller hearth normalizing furnace
【摘要】 根据常化炉的结构和控制特点,采用交替方向隐式差分格式的算法,建立钢板导热模型、炉膛传热模型、钢板氧化烧损模型和炉膛热平衡模型,开发了在线数学模型并提出了优化摆动加热策略。经过仿真和实际应用验证,该数学模型能够反映现场实际常化炉的热处理过程,可以投入在线控制系统使用。为国内外同类生产线提供了可供借鉴的成功案例。
【Abstract】 According to structure and control characters of roller hearth normalizing furnace,using algorithm with alternating direction implicit difference schemes,slab heat conduction model,heat transfer model in furnace,slab oxidation ignition loss model and thermal balance model in furnace were set up,on-line mathematical model was developed,and optimization swing heating strategy was presented.Simulation and actual application show that the mathematical model could reflect actual heating treatment process of roller hearth normalizing furnace in site,and could be used in on-line control system.It also provides a successful reference case for domestic and foreign similar production lines.
