缺血性脑卒中与血小板活化关系的研究
Investigation of the relation between platelet activation and ischemic stroke disease
【摘要】 目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血小板活化状态。方法采用ELISA法测定205例缺血性脑卒中患者及114例正常对照组血浆血小板活化因子(PAF)、α颗粒膜糖蛋白140(GMP-140)、β-血小板球蛋白(β-TG)和血小板第4因子(PF4)水平。结果缺血性脑卒中组血浆PAF、GMP-140、β-TG和PF4水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。脑梗死体积越大,脑梗死患者血浆PAF、GMP-140、β-TG和PF4水平水平越高(P<0.01)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者急性期血小板活化增强,且与脑梗死体积相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the platelet activation in the patients with ischemic stroke. Methods The plasma levels of platelet activating factor (PAF),plateletα-granule membrane glycoprotein-140(GMP-140),β-thromboglobulin(β-TG) and Platelet factor 4( PF4) in 205 patients with ischemic stroke and 114 normal subjects ,as control group,were detected by ELISA.Results The levels of plasma PAF,GMP-140,β-TG,PF4 in the patients were markedly higher than those in the controls(P<0.01). The larger the infarction volume was in the patients with cerebral infarction,the higher the levels of plasma PAF,GMP-140,β-TG and PF4 (P<0.01).Conclusion The activation function of platelet in the acute phase of patients with ischemic stroke are increased,and it is associated with the volume of cerebral infarction.
