【摘要】 以1991—2006年大中型工业企业基础数据为样本,综合运用动态计量经济学的单位根检验、因果关系检验和协整分析等研究方法,实证检验技术转移与产品创新、专利产出的关联机制.从技术引进和国内技术购买两种技术转移渠道考察,结果显示:技术引进对产品创新和专利产出有稳定的正面影响,而国内技术购买的价值存在某种程度的低估.针对实证研究结论,为开放环境下充分挖掘全球技术资源、实现技术赶超提供政策建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data drawn from industrial large and medium-sized enterprises during the year 1991—2006,the models of dynamics econometrics,including ADF unit root test,co-integration analysis and causal test,are used to analyze the dynamic connection between technology transfer,product innovation and patent output.From the perspective of two different channels of technology transfer,the result shows that technology import has stationary positive impact on product innovation and patent output,and the value of inner technology is underestimated.According to the empirical result,some proposals are put forward to utilize global technology resource and achieve technology leapfrogging.更多还原
