【Abstract】 Based on the introduction of the mechanism and connotation of synergy,combined with the development process and the current practice of telecom industrial group,opinions are given:1) Coordination force should be the main source of current competitiveness of telecom industrial group; 2) Sustained competitive advantages of telecom industrial enterprises could come from promoting coordination force; 3) No coordination force,no core competitiveness. Then,new frames of strategy coordination and management innovation are brought out and analyzed in detail. So the new diversification strategy of telecom industrial group should be coordination-focused and relative core capability-based. Finally,it makes an empirical study and analysis.更多还原
