【摘要】 理论界普遍认为制造业企业核心业务应该自制,非核心业务应该外包.现实中,学术界针对制造业企业服务外包的决策模型很少研究,而这对指导企业外包战略的实施尤为必要.针对这个问题,提出了从技术能力、市场能力和组织能力维度建立服务外包决策模型的假设,通过实证研究证明了假设的成立,并选用制造业企业做实证,运用DEA方法对模型进行实际验证,证明了这种方法的客观性和有效性.更多还原

【Abstract】 It is believed by theorists that manufacturing industry enterprises should self control their core businesses while outsource non-core businesses. However,so far,it lacks the study on service outsourcing decision models,which play important role in implementing manufacturing industry enterprises’ outsourcing strategies. With regard to this question,it proposes the hypothesis of building a model from three dimensions of technology ability,marketing ability and organization ability. Then it carries out experimental research on a real enterprise to verify this hypothesis,tests and proves the feasibility and validity of this model with DEA method.更多还原
