【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相色谱法研究并建立麸炒枳壳的指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱waters sunfire^TMC₁₈（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,甲醇-0.5%醋酸水流动相系统梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长310nm,温度30℃。结果:对10批麸炒枳壳进行了测定,建立了麸炒枳壳的指纹图谱,共有12个共有峰。结论:HPLC指纹图谱分析技术可用于麸炒枳壳质量的控制和枳壳麸炒品的鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish chromatography fingerprints of Fructus aurantii by HPLC.Methods:Waters sunfire ^TMC₁₈ column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） was used with methanol-0.5%caproic acid of water gradient elution, at flow-rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,detection wavelength was at 310nm,while the temperature was 30℃.Results: The fingerprint chromatograph of methanol extraction from ten batches of Fructus aurantii established,which showed that 12 peaks were common.Conclusion:The method could be used for the quality control of Fructus aurantii.更多还原
