半枝莲的化学成分
Chemical Constituents of Scutellaria barbata D.Don
【摘要】 目的:对黄芩属植物半枝莲Scutellaria barbata D.Don全草的抗肿瘤活性部位(三氯甲烷萃取物)的化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法:采用反复硅胶、LH-20葡聚糖凝胶等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定与谱学分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(1),柚皮素(2)、半枝莲酸(3),2,4-二羟基苯甲酸(4),香豆酸乙酯(5),β-谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物4、5为首次从半枝莲中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of antitumor active part of Scutellaria barbata D.Don. Methods:Compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Results:Seven compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as luteolin(1),naringenin(2),scutellaric acid(3),2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(4),p-coumaric acid acetate(5),β-sitosterol (6),daucosterol(7).Conclusion:Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from S.barbata for the first time.
