【摘要】 目的:建立舒筋片的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对片中的当归、没药、乳香、红花进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定了片中大黄素、大黄酚含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白样品无干扰;大黄素在0.025～0.25μg具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999;大黄酚在0.063～0.63μg具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999。大黄素平均加样回收率为96.28%,RSD=1.37%(n=5);大黄酚平均加样回收率为95.27%,RSD=1.90%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、精确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality Standard of Shujin tablets.Mothods: Angelica,Commiphora Myrrha Oil,Olibanum and Flos Carthami in the tablets were identified by TLC,Emodin,Chrysophanol in the tablets were determinated by HPLC.Results: The spots of TLC were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference,The linear relationship was good when Emodin was in the range of 0.025～0.25μg(r=0.999);The linear relationship was good when Chrysophanol was in the range of 0.063～0.63μg(r=0.999).Emodin showed average recovery rate was 96.28% and RSD was 1.37%(n=5).Chrysophanol showed average recovery rate was 95.27% and RSD was 1.90%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used for quality control of Shujin tablets.更多还原
