【摘要】 目的:应用国产Amplatzer封堵器经导管治疗动脉导管未闭并对其疗效进行评价。方法:应用Amplatzer法封堵动脉导管未闭3例,年龄最大57岁,最小21岁。动脉导管未闭最窄处直径约5～8mm,经6F或7F导管置入Amplatzer封堵器,术后10min行侧位降主动脉造影观察有无分流。结果:技术成功率100%,术后24h超声心动图均无残余分流。随访均未发现有残余分流。结论:应用国产Amplatzer封堵器治疗直径达8mm的动脉导管未闭是一种安全有效的介入方法,操作简便,成功率高,疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy of domestic Amplatzer occluder in transcatheter treatment of patent ductus arteriosus.Methods:Three cases of patients with patent ductus arteriosus were transcatheter treated by domestic Amplatzer occluder.The oldest of them was 57 years old and the youngest was 21 years old.The diameter of the narrowest patent duct was about 5-8mm.The amplatzer occluders were delivered through 6 F or 7 F catheters.No residual shunts were shown on the lateral view of the descending aorta angiography 10 min after the treatment.Results:The success rate of the treatment is 100%.And no residual shunt was shown on the echocardiography 24h after treatment.No residual shunt was found with follow-up exam.Conclusion:It is safe and effective to use domestic Amplatzer occluder in the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus.The treatment is easy to operate and the success rate is high.更多还原
