犬慢性缺血性肾病模型的建立及超声造影定量分析可行性评价

【摘要】 目的:建立犬慢性缺血性肾病模型,评价其在超声造影定量分析慢性缺血性肾功能改变中应用的可行性。方法:选择5只健康实验犬,用Ameroid环制作犬右肾动脉慢性狭窄模型。建模后每隔一周对犬右肾行超声造影定量分析,连续观察4~16周,所有犬于实验结束后,取出双肾、右肾动脉做组织病理学检查。结果:犬造模成功率为100%。成功应用于超声造影定量分析100%,实验结束后,分离Ameroid环,显示环内血管腔不同程度的狭窄,管壁增厚。犬右肾及右肾动脉可观察到典型的缺血病理改变。结论:实验犬慢性缺血性肾病模型采用Ameroid环收缩法建立成功,组织学结果令人满意,肾皮质有慢性缺血表现,是较理想的超声造影定量分析慢性缺血性肾病的模型。

【Abstract】 Purpose:To establish a dog model of chronic ischemic renal disease(CIRD) and to evaluate the feasibility of this model in quantitatively evaluating of perfusion changes of renal cortex in chronic renal dysfunction.Methods:Five dogs with Ameroid ring fixed on the distal portion of right renal artery through operation were included.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and quantitative analysis were performed per week after operation.After 4-16 weeks continuous observation,histopathologic examinations were performed to testify the existence of CIRD.Results:The overall successful rate of establishment of CIRD model was 100%.All the images were successfully obtained on CEUS quantitative analysis.After our experiment,ameroid rings showed constricted changes.Both renal arteries and right kidneys showed typical ischemic changes with the progress of CIRD.Conclusions:CIRD dog model can be established successfully with Ameroid ring.It’s suitable for CEUS quantitative research of CIRD.
