【摘要】 目的:研究超声在桡神经损伤诊断中的价值。方法:对临床桡神经损伤的31例患者行术前超声检查,对损伤进行定位和分类,并术中结果比较,计算超声诊断符合率。结果:桡神经损伤分为断裂、卡压、粘连、肿瘤、病毒性神经炎、吻合术后,超声诊断符合率80.6%。结论:超声可以对桡神经损伤进行定位、定性,为诊断、治疗提供重要信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of radial nerve lesions.Methods:Thirty-one patients with clinical radial nerve lesions were examined with ultrasonography.The lesions were located and classified.The diagnostic accurate rate with sonography was calculated when compared with intraoperative findings.Results:The radial nerve lesions were classified into disruption,compressions and adhesions,nerve tumors,viral neuritis and sutured nerves.The diagnostic accurate rate with ultrasonography was 80.6%.Conclusion:Ultrasonography can locate and classify the radial nerve lesions,which may offer important information for diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
