【摘要】 目的:探讨结直肠癌64层CT(64-MDCT)灌注成像时间-密度曲线(TDC)的临床应用价值。方法:对33例结直肠癌患者进行64层CT灌注成像检查,绘制所选层面靶动脉、靶静脉以及肿瘤的感兴趣区(ROI)的时间-密度曲线(TDC)。CT灌注参数包括血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)、平均通过时间(MTT)、表面通透性(PS)。肿瘤按Dukes分期,TDC根据形态进行分型,不同TDC类型之间的CT灌注参数进行比较。结果:结直肠癌的TDC分为5种类型,Dukes分期中各期的TDC可表现为5型中的一种或多种。不同TDC类型之间的CT灌注参数未见统计学差异,F值分别为2.55、0.55、0.48、2.47,P值均>0.05。结论:MDCT灌注成像的TDC可反映结直肠癌的血流灌注状况,有其潜在的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the application value of time-density curve in colorectal carcinoma with 64-multidetector-row CT(64-MDCT)perfusion imaging.Methods:64-MDCT perfusion imaging was performed in 33 patients with pathologically verified colorectal carcinoma.Time-density curves(TDCs)were created from the region of interest(ROI)drawn over the tumor,target artery and vein by 64-MDCT with perfusion software.The individual perfusion maps generated were for blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),mean transit time(MTT)and permeability-surface area product(PS).The tumors were staging with the Dukes criteria.TDCs were typing according to their shapes.The parameters in different types of TDCs were compared.Results:TDCs of colorectal carcinoma were divided into five types according to their shapes.No statistically difference between TDCs types with regard to CT perfusion parameters(F=2.55,0.55,0.48,2.47,P> 0.05).Conclusions:TDCs of MDCT perfusion can reflect blood flow of colorectal carcinoma,it has potential value for clinical application.更多还原
