邯钢4号高炉高效生产实践

【摘要】 通过监督改善原燃料质量,适时调整煤气流分布,提高压差和高富氧大喷吹等措施,提高了邯钢4号高炉各项技术经济指标。4号高炉在原料不太好的情况下,在确保炉况稳定顺行的基础上,不断优化操作参数并实施低硅冶炼,高炉利用系数达到3.0 t/(m3d),煤比达到了160kg/t,实现了高效生产。

【Abstract】 The technical and economic indexes of No.4 blast furnace of Han Steel were increased by using beneficiated burden material,improving the quality of raw materials and fuel,optimizing the distribution of coal gas stream,increasing pressure difference as well as adopting high-pulverized coal injection with oxygen-enriched blast.Under the situation of raw material’s quality not being guaranteed in No.4 blast furnace,its steady condition and smooth running and high-efficiency production were realized with operation parameters being continuously optimized and low-silicon smelting adopted,and its highest operating rate reaches 3.0t/(m3d),the pulverized coal injection rate of over 160kg/t was obtained.
