中厚板轧后冷却过程在线温度模型

【摘要】 在相同的计算条件下,分别采用一维分析解法和一维显式、隐式、Crank-Nicolson格式、二维交替方向隐式(ADI)等几种有限差分方法求解钢板空冷、水冷过程的温度场,分析不同差分格式的稳定性以及不同网格划分下的精度,确定适用于在线应用的计算方法及合适的时间和空间步长,为中厚板轧后冷却过程在线温度控制提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Under identical computational conditions,one-dimension analytical solution and some finite difference methods including one-dimensional explicit,implicit,Crank-Nicolson scheme and two-dimensional alternating direction implicit(ADI) have been used to calculate temperature field for plate during air cooling and water cooling process.Computational stability and precision of different finite difference schemes with various mesh spacing have been analyzed.The algorithm appropriate to on-line application with suitable time and space step-size has been determined.The conclusion will provide a theoretical basis for on-line temperature control of plate during accelerated cooling process after finishing rolling.
