【Abstract】 Based on establishing the evaluation index system of the agency selection in a public project,a new method of comprehensive and integrated group authorization based on combination of objective and subjective authorization by a group of experts is proposed to evaluate the agency.The method is used to evaluate the agency in a public project case,and the evaluation is comparatively objective,and a new evaluation method is provided for the government investors to select the agency in public projects.更多还原
