聚合物驱采油污水絮凝技术研究
Clearing Treatment of Polymer Containing Oilfield Produced Water by Using Coagulants/Flocculants
【摘要】 通过烧杯絮凝沉降观察和水样透光率测定,考察了8种阳离子和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、5种铝系无机絮凝剂、3种铁系无机絮凝剂及多种不同组成的二元、三元复配絮凝剂对含聚合物70mg/L的胜利孤东聚驱油藏产出污水的净化效果,得到了适合孤东采油厂的3个絮凝剂配方,即:300mg/L的AlCl3+0.5mg/L的AP(阴离子PAM);90mg/L的ZO(阳离子PAM)+210mg/L的AlCl3;120mg/L的FeCl3+180mg/L的AlCl3+0.55mg/L的AP(阴离子PAM),处理后水透光率≥95%。讨论了絮凝机理。表8参4
【Abstract】 The water clearing capabilities of 8 grades of polyacrylamides (PAM) ,cationic and anionic,5 grades of inorganic A1 coagulants,3 grades of inorganic Fe coagulants and lots of binary and tertiary combinational flocculants/coagulants of various composition were investigated for produced water from polymer flooded oil reservoir at Gudong and containing 70 mg polymer per liter through observating flocculation/precipitation in beaker tests and determining light transmittance of water samples at 430 nm. Three formulations of coagulants/flocculants in combination were shown to fit the polymer containing produced water of Gudong and composed of (in mg/L) : AlCl3(300) + anionic PAM AP(0. 5) ; cationic PAM ZO(90) + AlCl3 (210) ; FeCl3 (120) + AlCl3 (180) + anionic PAM AP(0. 55) and,with these combinational clearing agents used,the treated produced water samples had light transmittance≥95% . The mechanisms involved in water clearing were discussed.
