3-(1’-烃氧亚氨基)乙基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮类衍生物的合成与生物活性

【摘要】 以氨基酸乙酯为原料合成8种3-乙酰基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮的类似物A,A与3种烃氧基胺盐酸盐反应合成了20个肟醚类衍生物3-(1’-烃氧亚氨基)乙基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮(B),其结构经HNMR,MS,IR和元素分析表征.初步生物1活性测定结果表明合成的化合物B具有一定的除草活性和抑制真菌活性.

【Abstract】 3-Acetyl-4-hydroxypyrroline-2-one analogues (A) were synthesized using amino acid ethyl esters as starting material, which were reacted with alkyloxyamine hydrochlorides to give twenty oxime ether derivatives 3-(1’-alkyloxyiminoethyl)-4-hydroxypyrroline-2-ones (B). Structures of all the new compounds were confirmed by H NMR, MS, IR data and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay results indicated 1 that this kind of compounds exhibited certain herbicidal and antifungal activities.
