微波辐射下合成5-亚苄基假乙内酰硫脲
Synthesis of 5-Benzylidene Pseudothiohydantoin under Microwave Irradiation
【摘要】 在微波辐射条件下,以冰醋酸为介质,醋酸钠为催化剂,使芳醛与假乙内酰硫脲发生缩合反应,生成5-亚苄基假乙内酰硫脲,该法在10 min内完成,产率63%~91%,具有反应时间短、操作简便和环境友好等优点.
【Abstract】 A series of 5-benzylidene pseudothiohydantoin derivatives were synthesized by the cross aldol condensation of benzaldehydes with pseudothiohydantoin in sodium acetate/acetic acid under microwave ir-radiation.The reactions were completed in 10 min with 63%~91% yields,easy work-up and environmental benignity.
