【摘要】 《劳动合同法》于2008年1月1日起正式实施了。通过新旧劳动合同法的对比,可以发现新法中的一些规定对于劳动者、用人单位产生的最大影响在于加大了对劳动者的保护力度,加重了用人单位的违法成本。本文拟对《劳动合同法》对企业用工成本影响的研究,通过理论和实际调查数据两方面的深入剖析,提出合理化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Labor Contract Law was formally implemented on January 1,2008.Through comparison of the old and new versions of labor contract law,it can be found that the great impacts of some provisions in the new one on the workers,and employers lie in the intensity of the protection for workers and the increase of the employers’ illegal cost.The paper aims to advance reasonable recommendations through the theoretical and practical research on the Labor Contract Law.更多还原
