【摘要】 构建新时期高校就业指导体系是高等学校服务社会职能的具体表现,也是实现高校培养人才目标关键的实践环节。我们要把就业指导贯穿大学生大学生活的全过程,贯穿渗透到学校教育、教学、管理、服务的全过程,形成全员参与、齐抓共管的良好氛围和工作机制。就我国高校就业指导的现状而言,完整的指导体系还处于建立过程中,就此提供一些构建思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of employment guidance system in the new era is the concrete manifestation of the functions that universities serve the society,as well as the important practice that the universities achieve the goals of cultivating talents.The system should be carried out throughout the entire process of students’ university life and be infiltrated into school education,teaching,management and the campus service,thus forming a good atmosphere and work mechanism with all those concerned participating in it.Based on the status quo in universities,a complete guidance system is still under establishment and some constructive ideas are set forth.更多还原
