从合成有机硅废催化剂中回收铂
Recycling of Platinum in Waste Catalyst in Organic Silicon Synthesis
【摘要】 采用盐酸介质中氯酸钠氧化浸出法对合成有机硅时产生的含铂废料进行分离,对浸出过程的浸出温度、浸出时间、浸出用氯酸钠浓度、液固比等因素进行了单因子实验和正交试验。结果表明,浸出温度90℃,浸出时间3h,液固比4∶1,浓度为6mol/L的盐酸用量2mL/g和浓度为0.4mol/L的氯酸钠用量2mL/g时,铂的浸出效率可达88.89%。
【Abstract】 The oxidation leaching method to recover platinum in waste catalyst with hydrogen peroxide in hydrochloric acid media was studied. The factors in leaching process including leaching temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio and concentration of NaClO3 were discussed using single-factor experiments and orthogonal test. The results showed that the leaching rate was 87.43% under conditions of leaching temperature of 90℃,leaching time of 3h,hydrochloric acid solid-liquid ratio of 4:1,2 ml/g HCl of 6 mol/L and 2ml/g NaClO3 of 0.4 mol/L.
