【Abstract】 This paper begins with an analysis of current urban safety problems and the lack of crime prevention through environmental design in China, making it essential to carry out crime prevention through environmental design in the area of urban planning and urban design under the demand of urban safety. The following part analyzes the research and application of CPTED in foreign countries and domestic respectively, and finds the disadvantage in Chinese studies. It concludes with some suggestions for the further direction of CPTED research of China under the security needs.更多还原
