电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锰矿中15种主次成分

【摘要】 锰矿样品经盐酸、氢氟酸、硝酸、高氯酸溶解,盐酸提取后,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)直接测定提取液中MnO2,CaO,Fe,Al2O3,K2O,MgO,Na2O,P,Ti,Co,Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn,Ba 15种主次成分。采用干扰系数校正法消除主量元素Fe和Ca对部分微量元素的光谱干扰,利用离峰背景校正法消除背景干扰。方法的检出限为0.005~5.6μg/g。采用本方法对锰矿石国家一级标准样品进行测定,各成分的测定值与认定值相吻合,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.8%~3.6%,满足锰矿石分析要求。

【Abstract】 The manganese ores were dissolved in hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid.After extraction with hydrochloric acid,fifteen major and minor components in extracting solution including MnO2,CaO,Fe,Al2O3,K2O,MgO,Na2O,P,Ti,Co,Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn and Ba were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The spectral interference of Fe and Ca on some micro elements was eliminated by interference factor correction.The background interference was eliminated by off-peak background correction.The detection limit of this method was 0.005-5.6 μg/g.The proposed method was applied to the determination of national reference manganese materials,and the results were in good agreement with the certified values.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11) was 0.8 %-3.6 %,which could meet the analytical requirements of manganese ores.
